Ensures compliance with established controls and procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings. Appraises adequacy of control systems by completing audit questionnaires. Complies with country-specific legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. To support efficient store operations by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and documenting materials while ensuring stock availability in good condition and strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety standards, inventory control procedures, and safety requirements. Receive, inspect, and verify stock items against delivery documents to ensure quantity and quality accuracy. Issue materials based on approved requisitions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns. Organize and arrange stock items systematically for easy identification, accessibility, and retrieval. Monitor stock levels and material usage to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted operations. Notify relevant personnel when stock reaches reorder levels.
